Movers search landing page

The search bar was the biggest UI design challenge since it needed to capture user data in a simple and intuitive way. I wanted it to be unintimidating and encourage interaction with a light and engaging design. The search bar was carefully designed to include all the essential information needed to get a moving quote from various vendors. Meanwhile, I started the exciting process of updating the GoodCall brand with a modern aesthetic and color profile.

Moving quote options

When users started their search, we seamlessly displayed a comprehensive list of relevant mover quotes in an easy-to-read, expandable index format. I designed the search bar to integrate smoothly with the results page, making updates effortless and including basic filtering options for the four different types of moving service vendors. To enhance the user experience, the quotes featured inline expanding elements, allowing users to access important vendor information without leaving the page.

Booking confirmation

The final stage of the user flow I designed included the information form and book now page. This page was crafted to capture all the necessary details for users to book a moving date with their chosen provider. This information would then be sent to the moving vendor for seamless follow-up with the customer.

As I neared the completion of the GoodCall movers MVP design, we received news that the platform had been merged and migrated to another IP vertical. This required me to reskin the entire project and smoothly transition it to the new engineering team. It was a tight deadline, but we rallied together to ensure a successful handoff.
